If the internet connection to which the machine is connected is not stable and/or not strong enough, the machine will not be able to push the transactions to the network.
If you can't find a particular order in your Dashboard, most probably the order is stored on the machine and due to a drop in the internet connection (or very low internet speed), the machine could not communicate information to the Dashboard.
To diagnose the issue you can check the Queue size on the machine (see pic). The Queue should always be 0. If the Queue size is above 0, it means that your machine is currently storing information's which are not communicated to your Dashboard. A simple reboot of the machine will renew the connection and allow the machine to push the transactions to the Dashboard.
If the Queue size is higher than 0 over a prolonged period of time, we recommend checking and upgrading the network, if the machine is operating on WiFI you should think about moving to an Ethernet connection or checking your router settings and internet speed.
