Using tab Settings / Machines you can set your:
Default Country (country where the organization is operating). The default country directly defines the default country calling code that will be the default code for the KYC SMS limit.
Disclaimer (your Terms and Conditions). Text of the Disclaimer placed here will be displayed on the screen of your machine, we recommend consulting with your legal team about the Terms and Conditions of service you are providing to your customers. For the Disclaimer to appear on the machine screen ensure to enable it and save the changes.
Maintenance Screen - If you decide to temporarily put the machine out of service, this is the text that will be displayed on the machine screen. To learn how to place the machine in a maintenance mood, please see the article: How to put the machine in Maintenance/Active mode.
For the Maintenance screen text to appear on the machine screen ensure to Enable it and save the changes.
Threshold - This is an additional feature that allows you to define the threshold limit for buy orders. Buy orders that are higher than the defined threshold amount will be placed on hold. The threshold limit amount applies only to buy orders of not approved customers.
Example: If you set your threshold amount to $999 then any buy order over $1,000 (placed on the machine by not approved customer) will automatically go on hold giving you the time to manually check if you have all the necessary information as per your KYC/AML compliance policy before fulfilling the order.
For the Threshold limit to apply to the orders ensure to Enable it and save the changes.
Bitrank and Crystal Intelligence - are third-party API integrations, which may help you perform forensics on wallet addresses used on your machines.
You can subscribe to the Bitrak API services on their website, Bitcoin Intelligence Group bigcs.com, (or talk to your compliance company, they may have a special subscription discount they may offer).
To set up Bitrank you need to insert the API key Bitrank provided to you, and you can set up and enable the Bitrank threshold.
When Bitrank threshold is enabled, Bitrank will assign a score to the wallet address that the customer used for the order, if your defined score threshold is lower than Bitrank's wallet score, then the order will be placed on Hold for your manual review.
Example: If you enable the Bitrank threshold and set it to the value of 45, then if the customer (for an order) uses a wallet that Bitrank has assigned a score of 30, that order will be placed on hold for your manual review because the wallet score is lower then Bitrank assigned score.
Note: ChainBytes is in no way associated with Bitrank or Crystal Intelligence.
Dilisense - is a third-party API integration. You can subscribe to the Dilisense services on their website. To Enable Dilisense you need to insert the API key Dilisense provided to you and enable the option.
