To prepare the Dashboard for the operation please ensure to set up the following fields in your Dashboard:
1. Wallet list
The operator must have their own wallet added to the Dashboard for machines to work. For more information on how to add a wallet to the Dashboard, please see the article:
How to add a wallet to the dashboard?
2. Operators
Cash Operators - are designated people who will be collecting the cash from the machines. Every operator must have a unique operator code, created from the Operators tab in the Dashboard. For more information on how to create an Operator Code please see the article:
How to create a cash Operator and do a Smart Empty?
3. Settings / Organization
Organization settings are information about the operator organization (company name, support phone number, email etc.) The information, such as support email, phone number, and logo picture, will be displayed on the machine screen, while the organization name, website address, and phone number will be printed on the receipts (in case that the operator does not have a website address, it can place his support email under the field Web Address). The operator must fill out all the fields.
4. Settings / Machines
Settings / Machines - This is a global setting that will be applied across all the machines in the operator network. Under the Settings/Machines tab, the operator needs to add any Disclaimer their legal team has prepared for their company operation, as well as a custom machine maintenance message, and define the Threshold. For more information please see the article:
Settings - Machines (Threshold, Disclaimer, Maintenance Screen, 3rd Party Integrations)
5. Settings / Exchanges
Settings / Exchanges - If the operator has an account set on one of the supported exchanges, the connection for the Buyback feature can be established via the API provided by the exchange. If the operator doesn't have an exchange account or is not planning to use the buyback option from the exchange, this tab can be left empty. Leaving the Exchange tab empty will not affect the operation of the machines. For additional information, please see the article:
How to connect my exchange account to the Dashboard?
6. Settings / KYC Limits
