How to Setup the Machines (fees, language, bill denominations for recycling)

The machine parameters (fees, bill denominations for recycling, supported cryptocurrency, etc.), are set independently for every machine.

Machines Edit Settings

General:

• Name: Name you assigned to your machine
• Mode: Active (ready for operation), Maintenace (out of order, to see how to set a custom maintenance message visit: Settings - Threshold, Disclaimer, Maintenance Screen)
• Language: Main language for your machine
• Kiosk version: This is the kiosk version the Machine is operating (do not change the kiosk version before consulting our team, changing the kiosk version may lead to critical errors)

Financial: 

• Active Coins: Cryptocurrency which machine will support. Bitcoin is a default cryptocurrency that will natively be available in the dropdown list (in order for altcoins to show up on the dropdown of Active Coins you must first add your own wallet for the currency you wish to support).
• Buying fee: % Fee amount you charge for Buy Transactions (should be set as a positive number)
• Selling fee: % fee amount you charge for Sell Transactions (should be set as a negative number)
• Recycle: From the dropdown list choose the bill denominations which machine will recycle. The bill denominations selected will not be sent directly to the cashbox but will stay in the Recycler ready for dispensing to customers for Sell orders placed on the machine. The best practice is to choose only higher bill denominations for recycling and smaller bills can be sent directly to the cashbox. 

Location:

• Address, City, State, Zip, and Country where your machine is located. The information listed here will be printed on the receipt. Do not deploy the machine in operation before populating this information. 
• Longitude, Latitude: Where your machine is located. The information listed here is used for AI functionality of Cash collection routes, without it you won't be able to use the Cash Collection Route calculator. 
• Opening hours: This information is for your internal use
• Contact person, Contact Number: This information is for your internal use

Contacts:

These are optional fields

• Business Name: This is the name of the business where the machine will be placed for example FoodMart, 7-Eleven, Sunoco.
• Contact Name: This information is for your internal use. Usually, this is the name of the business owner where the machine is hosted or a dedicated point of contact at the physical location of the machine. 
• Contact: This information is for your internal use and usually this would be the phone number of the owner, store number, or the number of a dedicated person for contact. 

Rent Payments:

These are optional fields

• Start date: Insert the date when the machine was deployed at the location
• Amount: Insert the rent amount you are paying for the location where the machine is operating 

The Start date and Amount need to be populated in order to be displayed in the Machien rent report. 

Custom Data:

These are optional fields.
The Custom Data field is a custom field you can create depending on your needs, this can be any information you want to track across all the machines, for example, a custom Google business number, particular information about the machine, the way that machine is connected to the internet, or any other information.
