The most often cause for the machine to show Offline in the Dashboard is an internet connection.
To resolve the issue first course of action is to check the internet connection and then power the machine off by unplugging it from the electrical socket in the wall, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on. In 99% of cases, this will resolve the issue.
If the action above did not resolve your issue, please see the chart below to diagnose the cause and the action you need to take to resolve it:

Possible Resolution |

Turned off (black screen) |
Possible issues:
- The machine is not connected to the electricity. Check the power cable and turn on the power button located on the back of the machine.
- Rare occurrence: Machine computer is not turned on. Locate a small round button on the back of the machine and press it, this will reboot your computer.

Possible issues:
- If the machine stays online and customers can place the order, but the machine status in Dashboard is showing Offline, the most probable issue is the occasional drop in the internet connection (most of the other hardware devices won't notice the drop, but the Bitcoin ATM dashboard will), as well as electricity outage, router reboot, etc.
To resolve the issue, power the machine off, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on.
- The internet router or the time of the router is not set properly. When you reboot the machine, the machine performs the handshake with the Dashboard and the Dashboard is aware that the machine is online, but next time when Dashboard calls to the machine to confirm that it is online, due to the wrong time setup in the router machine emits the wrong time to the Dashboard and Dashboard thinks that machine is not online. You can diagnose the issue by rebooting the machine, if after the reboot machine shows Online in the Dashboard but after a while changes status to Offline, you most probably have a router time issue. To resolve the issue, you will need to adjust the time in your internet router.

Red Screen |
It indicates that the machine is not connected to the internet.
To resolve the issue, take the steps below:
- Check that you have internet service
- Check that the internet speed is optimal for operation ( if the internet speed is very low machine will not be able to perform normal operation).
- Check your network cable, ensure that it is properly connected to the machine.
After that, power the machine off by unplugging it from the electrical plug in the wall, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on.
If the above steps did now resolve the Red Screen, check if the internet router is powered on and connected to the internet. Ensure that the internet router is operational and the port you have the cable plugged into is working (plugging the internet cable to a different router port may resolve the issue). Check that your internet cable is not cut or bent. If you notice any issues with the cable, you may need to replace it. After checking, power the machine off by unplugging it from the electrical socket in the wall, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on.
Note: Red screen is a normal step in booting the machine to an operational state (when powering up the machine, or after the reboot), and it should go away in approximately 60sec

Possible issues:
- Most often, the machine has lost internet connection for a short period of time and was unable to reconnect (this may be just a short drop of connection which other devices won't react to, electricity outage, router reboot etc). To resolve the issue power the machine off, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on.
- The cashbox is not inserted properly. To resolve the issue, pull out the cashbox to ensure that there is no dust or other particles on it and place it back in the machine. After checking and cleaning the cashbox, power off the machine, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on.
- The printer is experiencing issues. The printer may be jammed, or the printer cables may be loosened. To resolve the issue, open the machine, locate the printer, and check if the paper is fed properly, release any jammed paper, and if the printer's green light is on, feed paper into the printer's mouth. Check all printer cables to ensure that they are well connected to the printer and to the computer. After that, power off the machine, wait 30 seconds, and power it back on.
- The recycler is experiencing issues. If the recycler is flashing different colors in a pattern, the recycler needs your attention. To resolve, please see the article: Recycler diagnostic and colors flashing (coming soon)

It takes a few minutes for the Dashboard to update the status of the machine when the machine is disconnected. If your machine is showing offline in the Dashboard, wait a few minutes and check again. Status should update automatically. |
